After more than 30 years in biopharmaceuticals, I learned that the most meaningful part of my work wasn’t tied to promotions, launches, or organizational milestones. It was the moments when I helped people grow — when a colleague found their voice, a team member overcame a challenge, or a rising leader stepped into their potential. Those experiences inspired me to become a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and dedicate my career to supporting others on their own growth journeys.
