After an accomplished 30+year career in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, I am thrilled to embark on a new journey: pursuing my true passion for coaching and mentoring.

Throughout my career, I worked in many functions and gained invaluable expertise, however it was the moments spent guiding and uplifting others that brought me the greatest sense of fulfillment. These experiences solidified my belief in the power of authentic connection and support in driving personal and professional growth.

The obstacles I’ve faced along the way, including 3 layoffs in a 5-year period, have been pivotal in shaping who I am today—teaching me resilience, adaptability, and the importance of living in alignment with my values.

Now, as I transition into coaching, I am excited to channel these lessons and experiences into helping individuals uncover their potential, navigate challenges with confidence, and achieve their goals.
