After an accomplished 30+ year career in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, I’m thrilled to embark on a new chapter—one that reflects my deepest passion: coaching and mentoring others to grow, lead, and thrive.

Throughout my career, I held leadership roles across a wide range of functions and led high-performing teams through complex, fast-paced environments. While I gained invaluable strategic and operational expertise, it was the moments spent guiding, uplifting, and mentoring others that brought me the greatest fulfillment. These experiences solidified my belief in the power of authentic connection, thoughtful challenge, and unwavering support in driving meaningful personal and professional growth.

I’ve faced my share of challenges—three layoffs in a five-year period among them—that reshaped my perspective and taught me powerful lessons in resilience, adaptability, and living in alignment with my values. Those experiences now serve as a foundation for my work as a coach: helping others navigate uncertainty, overcome barriers, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
